PokerStars Pre-Launch of TV Commercials Starring Neymar Jr and Cristiano Ronaldo
PokerStars have been busy with teaming up with social network Facebook to pre-launch TV commercials that are starring Neymar Jr and Cristiano. The new TV campaign ad will be aired in two weeks with the two newest recruits making their debut. This is a first for PokerStars, one of the largest marketing campaigns ever done by the company.
“This is the biggest PokerStars marketing campaign in history. The global TV launch will take place August 17, and PokerStars will be running a ‘Dream Team Collection’ promotion in parallel to the launch. Players will be able to get involved in a series of online poker challenges and quizzes with a potential $1m prize at the end of it,” says Michael Hazel, Interim CEO at the Rational Group
Both of the commercials demonstrate the companionship between poker players who gather around the tables for the love of the game. While the two brand new recruits are the stars of the commercials other professionals make their appearance as well. The two commercial ads were produced by Vaughan Arnell and were made in Madrid and Barcelona. Each of the videos are around 2 minutes long and show off each of the cities respectively.
